i ve been today at algerian consulate service seems like premium service well done , i left the building very happy

I was very impressed by the new building and the visa section staff were very calm, respectfull, polite and extremely efficient. I have never used the word "Amazing" before to describe my experience with DZ admin. My last visits on Nov 17th and 18th was amazing.
I would like to say thank you the kind gentleman at the gate who does more than his job with public. Well done!!

We've been for the first time to the new consulate at North Acton ,
Building is Amazing ..
Being honest we've had a great welcome from the staff working there ,they knew how to deal with our matters in the first day everything was done ,very impressed .
The "Chef de service " is a lovely guy as well as the guy who works in the passport section Mr Salim he sorted out everything with a big smile
Over all 5 stars , Well done and Keep up the great work .

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Algerian Consulate. They were prompt and courteous when responding to my inquiries by telephone and clearly laid out the various requirements needed to process my visa application. I was able to get the visa back within a week of sending it over to them and I was beyond thrilled by the fantastic service they provided me with throughout the entirety of this process.

Sorry to give a one star review but i had to all the service i received from everyone else was excellent until i went to the lady called mounia she is so damn rude with a very bad attitude and miserable face get lost if u don't wanna be there.
Overall everything is calm

very bad, very disappointed, they dont care about their own citizens, they dont give no rights, even solicitor couldnt do anything, this is very sad, they just help who they know personnally or they want to patronise people, im disgusted ...

It's always the same !! It's not about moving to a nice or a bigger place people want to get their things sorted out whatever their immigration status but apparently if you don't knw someone inside to help you with your issue then for sure is going to be hard .
I been there several times the way they run the place really disgust me .always when I go there for some reason they say ahh this is the rules !!! Really ?? They apply rules for some indeveduals but when it comes to someone they knw there are no rules but who knows maybe they getting some cash under table it's really ashame
Sometimes when I see the stuff walking around with the suits inside i wonder do they really know what they are doing , are they educated ... I doubt it

Fantastic experience I've had today ...convenient location ,beuatifully designed building very spacious and organised...lovely stuff ..I've been served very well today from Faiçal who was very helpful even after his closing time .
so im happy and satisfied .

I've been served twice in less than half an hour which I found not long to wait .
Today experience made me forget the old bad experiences I've had with the Algerian consulate in London .

Excellent service ! I needed a visa to get into algeria. I spoke to them and I told them how urgent this visa has to be delivered to me asap. In a day, they have done it and sent it back home to me.

Top class service! It took a few minutes to renew my consular registration card and hand in my spouse visa application. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The new building is modern with a nice waiting area for visitors.

On one occasion when my father passed away they were really helpful over the phone and they went the extra mile to offer me help with renual of my passport on same day. And by the time I drove to London from Cardiff passport was ready to collect. Djazahoum Allah khier I give them four star service.

Very quick service. got my daughter's birth registered after A week of posting the documents. Also got wife's visa to Algeria three days after posting the application. I am very impressed at the speed of service considering that it was done through the post. Keep up the good work
