Last time I went there back in March ... I was well treated. I had my baby with me and they had staff members helping me to handle the documents and giving me the time I needed to fill it. Superb! I'm honestly very happy with the customer service on this new consulate . Keep it up

What a helpful group of people, both here and at the consulate. If they are a representation of what I am to expect in Angola I'm looking forward to my visit.

The numerous times I went to the embassy the service was very poor. They chose who they attended based on who you knew despite the ticket service. However when I rang the consulate a few weeks ago I must say that the lady on the other hand of was very polite and very helpful which it was a suprise to me because before no one answered the phone and if they did then a rude lady would respond. But things seems to have changed so keep up the excellent service.

They never pick up the phone and plus choose who to serve! U could spend the whole day waiting to be service and still leave without solving your issues!
