Never pick up phone calls what’s the point of landline if they don’t even answer it it’s a shame for them and staff is very bad and rude I think they should change their staff
I want to give them 0 stars but they don’t let me
Overall I’m very disapppointed

they have improved their services very much as compare to 4 years ago, been here twice since they introduced appointment system, fair service dont know why some people mourning in negative feedbacks,

Very competent and cooperative staff. Your time will not be wasted. Only need to put in a little effort.

Visited for the first time this week, the online appointment system means less waiting time.
Staff were helpful. To avoid parking fine make sure you park in the spaces designated for the consulate.

be aware thy give you visitor parking permit but not ask u to fill it and u get £100 notice for illegal parking letter in post. im sure they have their percentage in that.
also violation of data protection act uk. they ask your personal details in front of other customers standing around u and these shameless people have no respect for women in hijab and they ask them to take hijab off in front of other namahram customers for taking foto. they should make a cabin for taking fotos of females. how shameful is this and how hard it would be for our mothers, wives, daughters and sisters wearing hijab.
May ALLAH help us to get rid of this failed system of corrupt politicians and officials.

Complete utter dogs the staff are very rude I rang atleast 50 times no answer then I went straight there an i rang again the person behind counter didn't even answer the phone an which confronted them they just went mental

The online NADRA appointment booking and speed of process from start to finish was good. Unfortunately the staff member with the beard and of a darkish complexion(unfortunately he wasn't wearing a name badge) was rather rude and enjoyed making me feel uncomfortable. The other 3 staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. I'm not sure why this staff member was so rude and can only think:

1. He hadn't had any lunch
2. His wife had scolded him in morning
3. His father is someone important and therefore he feels he can look down on and generally be obnoxious to us ordinary citizens.
4. He had previously been verbally or physically abused by someone and was taking it out on me

May the almighty guide him and us all to be better human beings.

On a positive note, things are much improved at the Bradford Consulate, but need to work on how to deal with customers better.

This place that is classed as the "Pakistani consulate for Bradford" this is an absolute joke. The phones are never answered and the staff they have chosen to employ are absolutely useless, A simple question will unnerve them and they start communicating with other staff in Urdu, which alienates you as a customer AVOID AT ALL COSTS this outfit seems like its from is the middle ages...A little customer service goes a long way,but then again its wasted on monkeys

They have never ever answered the phone in the 4 months I have been trying to contact them. at any time of the day. It is as if as soon as the office is open the staff take the phones off the hook.

Ever worst services in uk from this consulate. I will advise all of the peoples please report it this thing in pakistan to the authorities. if you wont report these monsters will never change
