8 months later and still waiting for my passport.

I went to renew my passport back i march and we are now in September and i am still waiting for it. I call and call and nobody answers the phone. I dont know what else to do.

Horrible! They give you a Passport apointment and they dont even open!

Very civilised and well attended government agency, received by gentle Sasha who is also very helpful. All the staff are courteous.

I called more than 6 times per day for the last 2 weeks and they don't bother to answer, many times you can hear how they pick up the phone and hang without a word.

He estado llamando más de 6 veces al día por las últimas 2 semanas y ni se molestan en atender, levantan el teléfono y cuelgan de nuevo. Vergonzoso como tratan a los ciudadanos de su país viviendo en UK, ya es difícil estar lejos como para saber que no puedes ni contar con tu consulado

Back in Venezuela is not easy to find good customer service.
I was surprised with this experience. You are received by Sasha with a wide smile and she really gets into helping you to solve problems and cares about giving a good service. You have also Ricardo doing a great job with the explanations and customer service.

Note: for the passport payment you will need CASH and go to Vauxhaull -> BBVA to pay (10 minutes to get there using Victoria line)

Note2: there are some beautiful photo albums in the table, check them out you will probably have great flashbacks, nostalgia.
