Aims of Contact Centre InsightsContact Centre Insights is dedicated to providing regular breakfast meetings, short conferences and site visits devoted to the specific needs of the contact centre industry. These will be focused on locations in Yorkshire and the North East, but predominantly in Newcastle, Leeds and Sheffield. The topics to be tackled will be suggested by industry contributors or members of the Insight network. Best practice and industry expertise is critical in enabling the industry to flourish, CCI is therefore committed to keeping the industry aware of the latest developments, through a series of local events using industry speakers and practitioners highlighting the latest approaches and technologies along with the opportunity to network with other like minded industry professionals. Breakfast meeting will be held on a monthly basis in each location starting usually at 8am, with a presentation and short discussion, finishing at 9am. Meetings will be hosted at a mixture of conference /meeting locations and on-site visits. Conferences will be held on a quarterly basis and will include a number of speakers on key topics to the industry. The board of CCI will be comprised of leading industry professionals who will advise and support CCI in the running of the events. Benefits1.
