Contact Centre Role Description

Our client is a leading insurance company with a strong presence in the UK motor insurance market. They specialise in niche motor cover and with their strong market knowledge and experience, they are able to create highly targeted products for the whole motor insurance industry.

Due to their expansion, they are now looking for driven individuals to join their First Response Team.

After a full 2 weeks full-time training the working hours will be on a shift basis, they can be anywhere between a 7: 00AM start to MIDNIGHT finish. There are part-time and full-time opportunities available.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume call centre and will possess great customer service skills, a strong work ethic and clear and professional telephone manner. If you have experience handling calls and also have excellent customer service skills please also apply.

Along with a competitive salary, the company will offer support in training as new skills will be developed in the field of call centre work and claims. Although knowledge in this field would be advantageous, it is not essential.
