We offer expert industry advice with two main customer objectives: reduce operational costs; increase customer satisfaction. Contact Centre Systems offer is unique. We work with businesses to understand their challenges using an established consulting framework free of charge. We make recommendations for short, medium and long-term goals and estimate an approximate return on investment on each. We then create a tailored Cloud consumption model with one or more of our strategic partners and run a proof of concept, also at no cost to the customer. Our business is one of risk and reward, we take the risk and share the reward with the customer by taking an agreed percentage of the recognized saving. If our customers choose to use our recommendations without entering into an agreement with us to proceed, we charge a consultancy fee, agreed up front and based on the complexity of the business consultancy undertaken. Contact Centre Systems is a small but growing business, handpicking new consultants from our vast network of contacts in order to scale with customer demand. We benefit from a strong Executive Board with entrepreneurial experience (Mark Tindal) and a strong non-executive Board with significant commercial experience (Peter Watson).
