As a mental health focus project for lifestyle sports, Contendunt fuses lifestyle sports and streetwear together to get people talking. Our mission is to spark positive conversation, raise awareness, and tackle mental health stigma within lifestyle sports. Our goals are to provide these communities with the resources and opportunity to help one another understand and address mental health. Suicide is a death that can be prevented, so everyone can work together to stop it and save lives. We also promote the benefits of exercise, and how participation in these sports can help your mental health.
