Returned from the European Magic tour a couple of days ago, probably the best week of my life! Everything was organised and went smoothly! A special shout out to the Tour Manager Amy and the Driver Ben! They were literally perfect! No complaints at all! Highly recommended! Especially if you get these 2! You're in for a perfect trip!

My boyfriend and I just finished European encounter and we absolutely loved it, our trip manger Anne-Elyse was on the ball all the time she couldn’t do enough for us and tamas our driver, went above and beyond to make our trip so memorable. couldn’t recommend them enough. Perfect team.

Just finished the European Discovery and absolutely loved it. I cannot recommend Lochie and Dave enough. Lochie was always upbeat, well informed and took care of anyone that needed it. Dave is 110% the best bus driver I have ever seen. The trip itself was fantastic and the family vibe you create makes the trip all the better. The only thing I don't recommend is the Venetian dinner and you could maybe skip the walking tours and do your own exploring. Other than that, I couldn't have asked for much more. Highly recommend to anyone looking to discover Europe.

Eastern Road: Such an incredible trip!!! I saw so much in 2 weeks. Budapest was for sure a highlight. But from the dinner cruise, the opera in Vienna, the clubs in Berlin, everything was spectacular and Feddo was the MOST amazing guide!! It was my first time travelling by myself and I had a really positive experience.



Croatian Island Escape: Not gonna lie, I was super pooped after my first Contiki when I got to this one. I'm not sure id recommend doing two in a row, but that was my mistake haha. This trip was awesome! Sleeping and drinking all day in the sunshine, dancing the night away. Croatia was beautiful and i had a really amazing boatload of people. One week was the perfect amount of time and if youre a Game of Thrones fan its extra perfect!



Beaches and Reefs: I have to say, out of all my trips, i didn't care for the way this was formatted. I didn't realize until i landed in Cairns that there were actually 3 or 4 different contiki trips on the bus. Meaning some people had already been on their tour for a week, and others would be joining or leaving along the way. The reason I felt this didn't work as well as the other tours is because groups and connections had already been formed by the time I joined, so it didn't feel as much of 'one group' type of thing. That being said the trip itself was SPECTACULAR! Oh my god you see so much of the east coast of Australia!! The great barrier reef, fraser island, the rainforest, a farm stay, SYDNEY! I would definitely recommend, especially for adventure seekers!



The best thing about Contiki, is i have easily made life long friends. On my trip to Australia I stayed a few extra weeks and stayed with people I had met on my previous trips! I also regularly see the ones from my home city. I keep in touch with my trip leaders and will absolutely be doing another one soon!! I cant speak highly enough :)

I will be going on my 4th Contiki this summer. I have always had a positive experience, from start to finish. Every tour guide has been not only full of knowledge and extremely helpful, but make the trip very fun and genuinely enjoy their job. I’ve traveled with other companies before, but none are like a Contiki holiday!

I recently completed the 9 day European Magic Tour and had the most amazing life experience. My tour manager Amy and driver Ben were both lovely and made the trip as enjoyable as possible. The itinerary was well organised and the activities made the group a family in no time at all. The sights I saw, the foods I tried and the people I met made this the best thing I have ever done. I cannot recommend Contiki enough!

I just have to shoutout how amazing Contiki is. I booked my trip in the middle of January and just saw that beginning in February they were running deals on European trips (including the one I booked). I called the customer service representatives asking if they could do anything about the difference between what I paid for my trip and now the current deal. Without hesitation, she said, "Absolutely!" and refunded me the full amount that I would have been discounted - $325.80. THANK YOU CONTIKI! I can't wait for my trip- and now with a little extra spending money I know it will be even more fantastic!

I have recently completed the 23 day European Trail and may I say - it was by far the best travel experience I have ever had. My contiki experience was amazing, as everything was set out perfectly from the beginning with no issues along the way. At first, being in a group of 50+ individuals, on a coach, in the middle of winter in Europe - I honestly did not expect much but boy was I wrong. From the start and right to the end of our tour; my tour manager Emily & driver Pedro were just unbelievable. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the different locations we traveled to, pointing out various sites and great places to visit whilst traveling along tour. I remember Emily saying that by the end of trip, we would all be a family; and by god was she right. I developed new friendships thanks to contiki & I could not be more grateful. I highly recommend Contiki to anyone, whether it be; solo-travelers, past travelers, or travel newbies - you will have a great time! �

I have just completed the April 2018 Italian Espresso Contiki Tour. I must say, this trip has truly been better than my wildest dreams. If you are between the ages of 18-35, I strongly suggest Contiki. I have felt so safe and taken care of. All the reservation managers, the trip manager, the coach driver, the tour guides, everyone has been amazing to us. Everyone was so professional and caring. Our trip manager, Fabrizio Romeo, was so friendly, genuine, compassionate and profressional. It would not have been the same without him. I would also like to thank whoever was in charge of room assignments. The gratitude I feel for whoever you are is immeasurable. My roommates and I got along so well and have formed a life-long bond! All thanks to YOU! Furthermore, the price was right for me, the length of the trip was right for me, the time of year was perfect, the highlights and cities we visited were amazing and the activities we did were incredible. Contiki made my first trip outside of Canada and my first solo trip stress-free and gave me perks such as transportation ease and skipping big lines. I hope you all have the courage to follow your dreams because it is life changing. My life has been so enriched by observing a different culture. Thank you Contiki for making my dreams come true. Life is better than a dream because it’s reality!

I have done five Contiki tours now and honestly have had the best time on every single one. I will never be able to thank contiki enough for the amazing places, me time optionals and inclusions that I’ve been able to experience.



But also the team members and fellow travellers that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting along the way have been A+!! I would recommend Contiki to every young person wanting to travel!

I did the road to Athens, and had the most amazing time. I highly recommend doing a contiki tour, as I went by myself, but left the tour with 25 great new friendships. Bryony my tour manager, and Artur our bus driver were full of knowledge and absolutely incredible. I have already started planning my next contiki tour.

I am on my trip beaches and reefs from Cairns to Sydney. Unfortunately my trip is coming to an end :( it has been fantastic!! Thanks to Jill (TM) and Ben (TD) who drove and guided us along the amazing East Coast of Australia. every day has been unique and I had loads of fun! Thanks to my friend Giulia from AAT Kings who suggested me to join a Contiki tour!

Had the BEST time on the 9 day Greek Week Contiki. Met such amazing people and partied harder than I've ever partied! The inclusions were awesome as well as the add ons. Well worth it! Till the next one!

Contiki by far is the best tour group to go with!! It was my first time travelling overseas and they made everything less stressful. They make everything so worth while and also so reasonably priced. I have made life long friendships from all over the world. I would recommend Contiki to anybody.

By far the best contiki I have had done. Bruno and Karin are the best team. They know their stuff and they know how to make a boring bus ride to be the most fun you can have on a bus. Thanks for the memories and thanks to the contiki family ������

Now this is a review about the notification and refund process and not the tour.

Guaranteed departure April 2018 European discovery tour was paid for on 15 November 2017

On 02 Feb they notify that the guaranteed date tour is cancelled

06 feb we put in a refund request (meant to be 7-10 days) and 05 march, still no money back or reply from contiki. Pretty appalling for such a well established company ....

I've just completed a Spain, Morocco and Portugal tour with the company and this has been one of the worst trips EVER. The person who booked the tour for me was not very informative or atleast not at all interested. Then I get left behind by the tour with no fault of mine and when asked for help from contiki organisers, their response was 'DEAL WITH IT'. And I had to she'd out extra cash for my accomodation with no reimbersment from them. Total crap.

Their attitude on the trip was herandous the trip itself was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I would never never travel with them again.

I recently went on a Croatia sail with Contiki. I was suppose to be on the same boat as my friends which was the only reason I went on the tour as I’ve done one before. The sales person guaranteed me I would be on their boat but when arriving I was put on another boat. My friends even offered to allow me to bunk with them but Contiki continued to make excuses and promises then did nothing. Extremely disappointed. Have contacted them and they clearly don’t care once they have your money. I’ll be lodging official complaints with the ACCC in Australia and hope that others do too as I wasn’t the only one on my boat that should have been on another. Absolute corporate scum! I’ll never book with them again by principle alone and will be continuing to share this bad experience with friends, family and when my kids want to travel not a dime will go to Contiki.
