Target BusinessesWe target UK businesses with £0. 5-2M EBITDA (typically £2-15M Revenue). Our ideal targets are B2B businesses with recurring revenue streams and good profit margins. Sectors of interest include (but are not limited to): Compliance & Testing, Security & Safety, Facilities Management & Maintenance, Packaging, Waste, and SaaS. Transaction StructureWe aim to acquire 100% or a majority stake in the business in most cases. However, we have significant flexibility to structure a transaction that delivers the best outcome for all stakeholders. In most cases we will look to provide equity incentives (or similar) to the management team. We utilise debt funding in a prudent manner.
