Contract For Change

The Contract for Change (CFC) seeks to optimise Social Value created by organisations or sectors, by ensuring procurement and commissioning reflected the organisations social value priorities into the functions strategic approach, policies and operations. CFC will provide direction in how to plan, operate and provide for the creation of greater social value by organisations. Through transparency and the use of the 7 Principles provided by Social Value UK we aim to create a comprehensive understanding of social value and how best to implement it. The desired outcomes being a broad ‘principle-led' approach to social value.
