Contract Leadership®

Many organisations today, whether they are public, private or third sector, are highly dependent on suppliers. In the light of this dependency it is surprising how few have invested in equipping staff with the necessary skills to ensure that contracts are successfully delivered. Contract Leadership® is a research-based concept, developed through consultation with experienced contract managers. Following analysis of the initial waves of research a range of skills and competencies have been identified. The research is ongoing.
