Founded in 2017, Control Now is a London-based fintech company, whose purpose is to empower our clients to report their transactions efficiently, accurately and completely by giving them transparency in and control of their data. This makes the client's ownership of reporting significantly easier and less risky and provides them with high degrees of confidence and automation. It will deliver material resource and cost savings over the historic approach to doing this work. Additionally, our tools help firms to navigate an increasingly complex reporting landscape and understand and manage their compliance risk more effectively through intuitive self-serve applications that integrate any regulatory changes real-time. These are supported by dedicated client relationship managers as and when required. We are privately owned and controlled by our co-founders, who together with the team, have over 20 years of direct, relevant industry experience. To date, we have processed over half a billion records through our modular, integrated suite of assurance, accuracy, quality and reporting tools and we currently serve over thirty high quality clients made up of banks, brokers and asset managers.
