Caring for your teeth during lockdown...
Brushing straight after eating can actually cause tiny particles of enamel to be brushed away so it is best to brush at least one hour after eating.
It is even more important to brush your teeth before bed because the flow of saliva is reduced, leaving your mouth more at risk to decay.
