We did actually get a pudding made- Bread and butter pud again!
What’s your topping of choice - custard or cream or both?

A small group and chilled pudding club today!
I have been entertained with their renditions from “ The Greatest Showman” as we cooked and crafted this morning!

We made granola bites this week and a fat ball for the birds!
These delicious little morsels are filled with goodness! (apart from the little bit of naughtiness that binds them together.)
Packed with dried fruit, oats, seeds and coconut, they make a perfect treat for a lunchbox or a mid morning/afternoon snack!

It’s been a busy weekend!
Two cooking parties, one where the children chose to make fresh pasta with pesto, followed by strawberry tarts and the other pizza and vanilla cupcakes.
Oh and we squeezed in our Sunday morning pudding club with a squidgy bread and butter pudding!

Albeit a little late, we’ve been celebrating Diwali this week with mildly spiced veggie samosas and our crafted lanterns!
These little triangular parcels of deliciousness, baked rather than fried, make a quick and healthy snack/light lunch!

Fab weekend at the Northampton Food festival with team Cookery Doodle Doo!

Snap, crackle, choc!
That’s what you get when you make our firework truffles with a secret popping ingredient!
Stay safe if you’re heading to any firework displays this weekend!

I have just done an animal themed cooking party for a group of 3 year olds! How cute are these cupcakes that they have made and decorated (mostly) all by themselves!
Thank you Miss P and Miss E for having me! Happy birthday girls!

Preschool classes start back next week and there’s one space on Thursday morning at 10am if anyone fancies joining us!

Wow! December's pudding clubs are fully booked in less than 12 hours of being released! Thank you!
If you missed out and would like to attend one, please comment on this post, stating which festive treat you would like to make - "mincemeat streusel" or a "ginger & orange trifle". If there is sufficient demand, I will release a 3rd date for the pud with the most votes.

I'll be there on Friday afternoon running 3 cookery sessions. Just in time for Bonfire Night, we’ll be making “firework truffles” – chocolatey truffles with a secret exploding ingredient! Suitable for children aged 2 and a half to 10 years and lasting approximately 30 minutes. Bookings through Maman goes pop!

We love cookery doodle doo! Fiona is brilliant engaging the children and getting them stuck in! With a cooking activity, craft, snack, then a story it's a full session (nice coffee too) with food and recipe to take away at the end. My daughter really loves the pre school sessions and it's helped her to be a bit braver trying new foods.

User

Thank you to Fiona for such a fabulous party today! My 6 year old daughter and her friends had just the best time. You gave just the right balance between structuring the party yet offering them the flexibility to decorate the cookies in their own way or time. Gorgeous colourful balloons, bowls, decorations and top quality party bags. Would love to go to another Cookery Doodle Doo party!!
