Good morning,
Following yesterdays announcement by the government in relation to COVID-19, for the next few weeks we can confirm that Cookham Formal Hire will be closed.
... Any appointments booked whilst our shop is closed have been cancelled, and we will be continuing to work from home, if you wish to contact us please phone 01628 526222 0r email phil@cookhmaformalhire.co.uk
We will be more than happy to answer any questions couples may have during this difficult time relating to the postponement of their wedding or speak with new couples who are planning their wedding for later this year, or into 2021, and who were unable to visit us while the shop was open.
We can also provide advice on self-measurement for those who have weddings who will not be able to be measured in the coming weeks due to the current situation.
As we stated in our last update, any couple whose wedding has had to be postponed can contact us regarding re-arrangement. There will be no additional charges, no changes in price, and your order will be honoured in it’s entirety for your new wedding date.
We recognise these are exceptionally difficult times for everyone, and heartbreaking for couples whose who have planned weddings, but are having to be postponed through no fault of their own.
All of us at Cookham Formal Hire want to do everything in our power to assist, and ensure that we are here to answer questions that might arise as a result of this situation.
Once again, our thoughts are with each and everyone of you, and your families in this difficult time.

To all our customers, old and new, as of Monday 23rd March we will be opening on a strictly appointment basis. We have strict in house cleaning, all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised after each appointment, and we have hand sanitizer on hand if you need it, although we would prefer it if you brought your own! If you need an appointment for a fitting or to view our range, for a future function or Wedding, we have one appointment every hour, and we advise only seeing 2 custom...ers at a time. Our highly trained staff can measure up by eye, to ensure social distancing. Also if you would like a virtual tour of our range, let us know and we can do this over face time or Whatsapp. Please call 01628 526222, or email phil@cookhamformalhire.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of your journey, or for a virtual tour.
