cool as funk drum school is based in south shields , we teach all levels and all ages are welcome . we cover drum kit , marching drumming and djembe.

cool as funk uses a modern, original aproach to teaching drums , beginners to advanced levels.
we write our own original solos and material based on drumming techniques and styles todays young drummers are eager to learn , we also cover graded drumming and recomended text books upon request. c. a. f. has a new marching drum area and african hand drum circle and have recently added a full house sound system for play along tracks where the students can get the feel of working in a live band. lessons are one on one on two full size sonor acoustic kits with teachers with over twenty years experience in all aspects of drumming
