As an independent practitioner who embraces the 6Cs of nursing, hardworking, caring, compassionate and honest with over 30 years of NHS continuous service with a talent for multi-tasking, multi-agency liaising and managing complex caseloads and multiple services across a large area. I am extremely versatile and have worked in, created and led teams across both Mental Health and Learning Disability services including forensic services, Acute and Rehabilitation in-patient units, Community Mental Health teams and residential /nursing homes meeting CQC requirements. I am a creative thinker with the ability to respond quickly and decisively in a crisis, innovative and able to manage complex situations whilst remaining calm bringing a sense of confidence to services and support all individuals to feel safeI am self-aware with a talent for multi-tasking, multi-agency liaising and managing complex caseloads. I have excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills which have enabled me to establish and maintain positive relationships. I have always embraced the importance of adapting my approach to ensure individuals feel comfortable to ask questions and supported to understand the steps involved in processes, transitions or care. I am a strong leader who takes pride in enabling the confidence in others to speak out and tenacity to ensure people are listened too. I have a genuine passion for enabling organisations and individuals to achieve high quality care.
