From my 1st phone to Cooper BMW Malton to inquire about an approved 4 series, to the vehicle hand over and us driving away in our new car, Andy Plant was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal.
At no point did we feel under any pressure to purchase, after my 1st call he sent me a personalised video on the car I was interested in which was very professionally done this guy could be a car reviewer for youtude, in the video he explained to me all the features and extra’s the car was kitted out with.
We arranged to travel down the next day to test drive, the test drive route was the best we had ever had the pleasure to drive on past Castle Howard and surrounding countryside to include a daul carriageway to test the car as good long distance motorway cruiser.
We went back he made us a coffee and we sat, talked and crunched a competiitve deal with a part ex on my existing car as part of the deal that we agreed on.
The hand over on the following Saturday was a pleasure the car was gleaming, cleaned to a very good professional standard, Andy sat us both in the car in the hand over car lounge gave us as much time to get use to all the features and controls on the car he answered all our questions before thanking us for the business.
We will be recommending Andy Plant and all the team at Cooper BMW Malton to anyone we know looking for a good deal for a BMW or Mini.
Thanks again for everything you guys did for us, we have a more local Cooper BMW to where we live which we will use for our service plan & any repairs but will be traveling down to Malton in the future when we want to change one of our BMW’s not just for the great service but also its a great drive home through some awesome countryside a great place to settled into your new motor.
