Lovely welcoming staff. Nice little café upstairs. Had a lovely tuna cheese melt, followed by a luxury hot chocolate and a to die for egg custard. Will be back again :-)

Alternative to Greggs. Cheap and ok.

They sell good quality food, and the shop is clean.

Service is sometimes hit and miss but staff are generally more friendly than not and, realistically, they do spend all day standing behind the counter serving what I imagine are often rude people with few manners. Wide selection of sweet and savoury things and sandwich options for those who prefer a healthier salad. Very reasonably priced. In summer the queues tend to be long...
