The Copas family still use centuries-old production methods & have done ever since Tom Copas started producing Christmas turkeys in 1957.

We maintain the highest welfare standards for all our turkeys. Our free-range bronze & free range organic turkeys roam in cherry orchards & grass meadows & our white feathered turkeys are nurtured in spacious open barns with natural light & ventilation. They are raised on a natural diet, rich in oats, with no growth promoting additives.

Each Copas turkey is reared to full maturity (24-28 weeks old), before being dry plucked by hand & game-hung to mature for a minimum of two weeks, ensuring the finest taste & texture of meat for Christmas Day.

In addition to whole birds, we also offer turkey crowns & boneless turkey joints.

We also offer a wide range of accompaniments to be enjoyed alongside our turkeys, including Cranberry sauce with rosemary, Boxing Day chutney, Coronation Sauce & Traditional Gravy. Our accompaniments also make the perfect addition to your Sunday roasts year round!
