LONZO will open its doors to Collio winemaker Simone Sechi of Ronco Delle Betulle who is generously sharing some wines of his beloved region. Our chefs have put together a four course tasting menu inspired by the Tre-Venezie cuisine, complimenting the diversity of wines in northeastern Italy.
