Our care /support provision is Person Centred and given by persons whom are appropriately trained, screened and inducted in holistic care, this will be monitored through Satisfaction Surveys which will be audited.
Care /support staff induction will be firmly based upon the care certificate best practice guidelines, no staff will be sent to work until deemed competent.
