Copperfields of Whitstable is a long established cookware and homeware business providing personal service to Whitstable and surrounding areas since 1956.

Kim Foster is delighted to have acquired the business Copperfields of Whitstable a long established cookware and homeware business providing personal service to Whitstable and surrounding areas.

Kim has established that the business has been selling cookware since 1956 and his vision is to continue and develop the cookware and homeware range.

The business has always been in private family ownership and I am pleased to have the opportunity to continue this legacy. Kim and his daughter Gemma will be working in the business and they look forward to the continued support of the community.

I would like to say thank you to both Dawn and Roy Reading for all their help in providing the opportunity for me to acquire the business. For 16 years they have run a successful business supporting and providing a service to Whitstable and surrounding area.

To reassure everybody and to quash any rumours, this will not be an Estate Agency Kim's previous business, and we will be developing the existing business and expanding into the first floor over the next 6 months.

Having been in business in Whitstable since 1976 the acquisition of Copperfields is an exciting journey for us and we would like to share this with you.

Kim has a Creative Director Jim Fowle who is currently developing our new website and online sales. This is a culmination of ten years of working together and pinpointing the right project.

Having been involved with Save Whitstable Shop Campaign (SWS), the Chamber of Commerce and a strong advocate of retail and service in Whitstable I thought it was time to put my money where my mouth is again! ! Exciting times a head. A great opportunity to retain and develop a popular Cookshop and Homeware business in the town to provide popular quality brands.
