Thank you very much for the best ever night and also the professional services. The foodies was delicious and created by the amazing staff enthusiastic attitudes. Cellar Master that is the entertainment person how’s was also professional.
Lovely rooftop bar, spectacular view! Good to catch up with friends for a drink.
Great staff and gorgeous food with wonderful views over the city
Can’t wait to return. Juan looked after us so well.
Beautiful terrace, with shady areas and vines growing overhead. The Pimms was full of fruit. I’m planning to return to dine soon
Amazing food, staff especially Greg and atmosphere. Went the whole mile and definitely want to come back for their brunch which looks amazing!
Really nice place but so damn expensive
Really enjoyed our Sunday afternoon
Food was really tasty a good choice of starters and deserts but the main could have been hotter, vegetables and Yorkshire pudding was just warm.
Definitely would go back though.
I visited Le Coq for the second time recently and regret to say that the service was mediocre at best. Previously, it had been excellent. The food was lovely but the Head of House needs to attend to this area: there are quite a few recent reviews saying the same. Don’t be complacent!
Service was very prompt and attentive, but probably overpriced for what you had even though the food was very tasty. For example, salmon slices and a slice of Melba toast wasn’t worth £15 each, dauphinois potatoes were dry with the main. Would go back again as the staff were excellent.
Reasonable. Never really fails to dissapoint but also never really provides a memorable experience. Good enough to pop in for a bite to eat once in while for the surroundings. Never could quite understand why they insist on keeping the hedging in the outside garden and not tables and chairs, the view is really nice and it's a shame to have to stand there for drinks.
Overall disappointing went for the amazing view but there is none as the garden pictured in inaccessible. Food was good and nice waitress but wouldn’t go back as nothing special. Visit if you are in London but don’t go out of your way .
It was okay - I hate to leave negative feedback. I'd rather leave no feedback. However, why have a prix fixe menu if you're going to discriminate against Jose that order it? We really felt that we were not treated the same as other parties around us. We didn't even intend to order from the prix fixe, not that that should have made any difference. They did have a function in one area of the restaurant, but again I don't think that should make a difference to the standard of service in a restaurant like this. Not really what I expected.
It was ok. And for the price, it should have been amazing. Watch out for shared dish prices. They are per person not between you. Service was good. And my dessert was incredible.
Food and view from the roof terrace were equally lovely BUT the service was very poor. We were there for an evening standard three course set menu deal and boy was it obvious, the waiters were all over the obvious wealthy customers and we were left to our own devices, we were left for so long and not one person asked how we were enjoying our food. We asked for the final bill and after a very long time I had to go up to the restaurant reception to ask for the bill as we were sick of waiting. Don’t get me wrong, no one person was rude but I think the waiting staff have a very focused view on what is important and the ‘set menu’ customers are certainly not part of that gang. Very weirdly when I ordered a glass of champagne at the bar I was asked for payment before. Applause to the chefs and kitchen staff
First time for dinner, previously just drinks. Service was lack lustre had to keep Trying to get their attention, food was ok but overpriced and my wine by the glass kept shrinking had to return the third one as it was more of a shot than a glass of wine. Will not go back.
Nice atmosphere , food was Mediocre and not worth the money. Tried both the meat and fish. Ordered well, both fish and meat came out burned.
Appalled by the service today. Absolutely shocking and will never come here again. Patronising waiters. Shit hole.
