just a few photos from our latest estuary tour.

We're running more estuary tours this week including one on Sunday. Its a lovely gentle paddle up the river around the castle and beyond using the rising and falling tide to take the strain. There's plenty of wildlife to be seen at the moment and the greenery on the trees as you get up the river is just gorgeous. This weekend we've holding another #GoPaddling event at Druridge Bay Country Park between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 1st June. These events are for everyone to come along and give paddling a try and then see how you can go forward and do more. We have sit-on-tops, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for you to try - all equipment is provided. Come along and join in the fun !

Our Canoe Club are holding a Come and Try event between 10am and 1pm on Monday 27th at the Little Shore as part of the #AmblePuffinFestival. Its a great opportunity to have a go at either canoeing or kayaking and there will be instructors there to help you. All equipment is provided for a small charge of £3 but you might get a little bit wet. Come and give it a go - its great fun ! Everyone welcome.

We're holding a Push The Boat Out event on the lake at Druridge Bay Country Park between 10am & 4pm on Saturday 18th May '19 - why not come along and try your hand at windsurfing or sailing. We have super stable, safe and easy boats which can't capsize to build your confidence so everyone can have a go. We'll look forward to seeing you there.

We are running a RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship course on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd December 9am-5pm (It is a 16 hr course). This course covers basic chartwork, and sea safety. The cost is £150, of which £30 goes to the RYA for charts, exercises and a set of dividers/ chart plotter. If any one is interested please send me a message.
