Coral Energy was established to help businesses and organisation's in response to the growing legislation and complexity in energy and buildings via physical inspections, surveys and audits. Having been in the energy industry for over 27 years, Leigh became increasingly frustrated with the service consumers were receiving from suppliers and brokers alike. It seemed that they were more concerned about making money for themselves and really had forgotten that it was those customers who paid their salaries "I wanted to address this problem, it needed to be dealt with. " Constant feedback at seminars and conferences was "most consultants seemed to promise the earth but delivered very little". I therefore formed Coral Energy with the intention of providing a "best in class" service to medium and small sized consumers. I thought long and hard as to what I believed was important and came to the conclusion that end-users want and need reliable, professional but personal services from people who would deliver what they said they would.
