Cordial World's Purpose: Today's complex, systemic, and culturally interconnected society is broken. Profound change is urgently needed to create a better tomorrow for humanity where we can all thrive. However, this can only be realised through a shift in human consciousness (mindsets) leading to a deeper comprehension of root-cause issues and a proper alignment of effective solutions. Society is broken across three divides: *Ecological Divide: The disconnect between Self & Nature. *Social Divide: The disconnect between Self & Others. *Spiritual Divide: The disconnect between Self & Self - "Who am I today?" versus "Who could I be tomorrow?". These divides exist not only within ourselves as individuals, but also within the large and complex systems that we're all part of and contributing to. Collectively, as a system, we are creating harmful outcomes that no-one wants. But no-one individually is consciously seeking such results. Why are we collectively doing harm to ourselves?To know the Why, we must become enlightened to understand: - What structural factors make us (collectively) behave in a damaging way, misaligned with our more optimistic future intentions?- What does profound change look like?Discovering new measures and interventions required for profound change and how change can be delivered, will come from a joined-up deep understanding of human consciousness across various structural-disconnects defining the systemic issues and related problems that humanity is re-enacting time after time. The key transformational challenge is to achieve an "Ego-to-Eco" shift across humanity. By bringing together a large and diverse number of stakeholder groups that need each other in order to change the system, we can use collective-learning and critical-thinking processes to aid their cognitive development, help them transit from a siloed-perspective (ego-system awareness) towards a more holistic systems view that operates on an eco-systems awareness basis.
