I recently ordered a waistcoat, and wasn’t sure if it would come in time, as I wanted to wear it to compete at a horse show next week. I contacted customer service who told me it wouldn’t, and offered me an alternative for the same price in my size to arrive by next Monday. No sooner as I had replied to say I’d like the alternative one, I had a confirmation it would be delivered tomorrow! Fab customer service, the quality of the tweed is amazing, and it arrived today in a box all wrapped in tissue paper, and better yet - fits perfectly. Amazing quality product and customer service. Thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend!
