Whattup instagram, haven’t posted in a while so here is a quick update. I’m into my off season now been back training about two weeks now after taking time off to let my shoulder recover. Im pleased to announce I have started working with @sas_heirati absolute top guy cant wait to see what things will look like in a years time but all i can say is im excited, food is fun again yessss!!
Currently sitting around 265-270 pounds and fairly lean 💪🏼💪🏼

Haven’t posted for a while and haven’t been to the gym for what feels like an age even though it’s only been about 10 days...but sometimes time off is needed and I know tomorrow is gonna be the first day back. Some of you might not know, but less than a week out from my show I had an emergency physio appointment due to the fact I couldn’t even hold my arm up let alone pose or train. I found out I had actually grade two torn my rotator cuff which also led to my shoulder being ...dislocated which forced me not to train leading up to the show. Also on the day of the show after arriving and the arena my mum was taken ill and we had to phone an ambulance for her, I was not going to compete but she told me I had come to far to quit now so without sounding corny as hell she made me get up on that stage and even though I didn’t get the result I was after it didn’t matter I still did it! After competing I also was in a lot of pain so that is why I’ve taken the precaution of not training and just resting Iv been back to physio and he has cleared me to start light training (rehabilitation) as of this week so I can’t wait to get back in there!!
On a plus note what an amazing weekend Iv had and with great company @alanapowell1985 onwards and upwards!

Up early to excited or maybe nervous for today, but what ever happens iv woke up with a smile because to me iv already won against myself because I’m definitely looking better than last time....sure there is areas I’m not happy with but thats what off season is for to make them changes and improve.

Current leg condition this was taken last night 6 days out 💪🏼 can definetly see improvements from last time i competed in July and I haven’t even began to dry out yet still on high fluids which will start to decrease towards the back end of the week.

Client shout out 8 week diet plan followed, regular refeed days as we worked what works best for her 8Ibs loss all together.

Rebound, mini bulk 🐷 is going well 13 weeks out today from @ukbff_official British finals I’m about a stone up in weight and really happy that my legs are still looking fairly lean, my legs were the last thing to come in last prep so I’m happy to see they staying in relative good condition!

Water serves as the primary component of the fluids that circulate in your body. Depending on your age and muscle mass, water makes up anywhere from 45 to 75 percent of your body weight. Your body possesses two main fluid compartments: intracellular fluid is inside your cells, and extracellular fluid circulates outside cells. Salt, an electrolyte, plays a major role in extracellular fluids as the most abundant ion group. Your kidneys play a critical part in m...aintaining sodium and water balance.
Sodium balance is tightly regulated to avoid extreme variations in concentration, which can disrupt normal cell function. Osmolarity is the process of controlling the amount of soluble substances per volume. Balancing sodium input and output with water plays a central role in maintaining osmolarity. When you become dehydrated, your body must conserve water and excrete sodium to prevent the sodium concentration from increasing. When you have excess water, your body retains sodium and excretes water to prevent sodium dilution. Balancing sodium plays a critical role in regulating blood pressure and blood volume.
