About Core Strength - Clinical Pilates & Physiotherapy
Core Strength is run by senior musculoskeletal physiotherapists. Classes are being held in Offham and Lewes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Core Strength - Clinical Pilates & Physiotherapy Description
Our small clinical pilates classes benefit people who
* suffer with back pain
* commute or have a sedentary jobs
* antenatal /post natal
* recovering from a sports injury
* have been recommended pilates by a health practitioner
. . . . . and anyone wishing to restore their core.
Compulsory 30 minute one-to-one initial assessment: £25
Term of 6 classes: £60
Physiotherapy and acupuncture treatment is also available with Victoria Stringer (please contact for further details and treatment costs)
