Fran has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
Launching her career in local government supporting the Education Sector, after gaining managerial status, Fran moved into the private sector.
She has worked with a wide range of businesses within the hospitality and retail sector, developing food concepts and training packages to support operators and development of people.
She has tailored and delivered Food Safety Policies and training to meet business requirements. Specialising in be-spoke consultancy work, she has considerable experience in the licensed trade, focusing on the catering operation from procurement; design; promotion; marketing and training for new sites.
