Corestrength Pilates

Annabelle is a certified Pilates instructor who teaches both group matwork and private studio Pilates using the full range of Pilates equipment.

Corestrength Pilates focuses on providing the personal touch in a warm, friendly environment. Using state of the art Balanced Body Studio Equipement, Annabelle tailors each Pilates lesson to the specific needs of your body. She also provides small group matwork classes in your own home. Annabelle is both Polestar and BASI certified.
