About Us: The first company, ‘Thomas Georgiou Builders', was established in 1973. This Company grew and prospered through its good reputation and recommendations from satisfied customers. In 1998, Thomas Georgiou joined forces with his two sons, George & Peter, who both brought with them fresh ideas and skills. Initially focusing on refurbishments, extensions and conversions, the vast experience accumulated along the way enabled us to develop effective and successful relationships with diverse clients within the private and commercial sectors, housing associations, local authorities and construction of Specialist Care Facilities. ‎In 2002, our project types also started to include residential and commercial new builds, and retail refurbishments. In 2016, the company evolved once more, and has now become Corinthian Construction Ltd, a merger of our Design, Construction and Maintenance arms of the different businesses. Our new Head Offices and the team on the ground now cover every single aspect of the Building trade. With our in house Architects, Interior and Exterior designers, specialist contractor teams, site tradesman, experienced Foreman, project managers and Maintenance operatives, we can now truly deliver any project from start to finish. The experience gained on these projects influenced the set up our Maintenance Team, who maintain a number of Care Facilities, Residential and Commercial properties. This arm of the Group has a number of operatives with fully equipped vehicles and a warehouse facility where stock of materials and products are kept at all times, which allows for immediate response in all aspects of emergency call outs. As our clients and turnover grew, we branched out into other aspects of the trade, namely kitchens, bathrooms and other specialist Interior & Exterior finishes.
