We're hosting a New Years Eve party and it is one that is not to be missed! We ask for a £10 deposit per person and this includes a glass of Champagne on arrival and another at midnight. The event will start at 7pm and we will have Live Jazz throughout the evening with food available to order. Two of our absolute favourite Australian winemakers are visiting us on Tuesday for a tasting through their entire ranges! Dal Zotto, our September Winery of the Month, cherish their Italian heritage, pioneering Italian varieties in King Valley. From Australian Prosecco to Nebbiolo, their wines are a exciting and damn good! Vinteloper, a long standing favourite here at Corks Out, have accumulated a fantastic reputation in the short 10 years they have been operating including the winner of 2016's Pinot Palooza! And don't even get me started on their Urban Wines.
The tasting is open to all, but places are extremely limited so please call on 01244 310455 and ask for Polly to reserve your place.

What better way to spend a rainy afternoon but inside Corks Out. From the initial welcome, to the wine knowledge and variety of wine, gin and bubbles the whole experience is great. Next time we are trying to decide on a meeting place then Corks Out will get my vote. An absolute hidden gem.

What an amazing place! I have never been to a bar like this! You can choose to go up to the bar like any other place or load a card and dispense your red or white win yourself with no queues!!

The atmosphere is second to none... like going into a wine cellar. If you like wine, champagne, gin etc this is the appreciation centre of Chester!! Staff and service fab too �

What a great bar to have a drink in. Quirky wine serving selection served through a credit on card system, pour your own. Great selection of gins too. Really lovely staff, made my night. Will be frequent here every time we're in Chester.

What a find....and it will become a regular check in for an exciting choice of gin. Can't wait to try the wine "system" next time.

Unexpected find, lovely service, loved the £10 gin tasting board, want to return to try the wine tasting “machines” as we love our wines as much as our gin! Staff couldn’t do any more to help..

Popped in for a G&T today (14/10/2016) after taking an instant like to the look of the place (The board advertising Gin at the front of the shop my have helped a little). A great atmospheric place with very pleasant staff who know how to serve up the perfect G&T; Balloon glass, Fevertree tonic and lots of ice, perfect!

Me and husband visited corks out on Saturday 9th and we fell in love with the place. We bought tickets as it was race day and it was lovely to be away from all the madness outside. It wasn't crammed inside and there was lots of places to sit.The staff were fantastic and they really know there stuff! Fantastic choice of wines and the cheese board was excellent. Can't wait to go again. Very highly recommended. Thanks for a fab memorable night

Lovely wine in the tasting area plus humous and pitta and cashew nuts were delicious! Gets v busy so you are lucky if you get a seat.

Lovely little under the street bar - cosy and lovely staff polite and helpful. Brilliant selection-of wines and gin . �����

Love everything about it... great drinks selection, good food, amazing coffee and cognac, music, setting, atmosphere all fab and most of all brilliant staff and service x

It’s a beautiful cellar filled with liquid heaven, lovely staff and clientele and a fine collection of wines to taste by the glass (or three). Lighting and atmosphere just right. Go visit.

Great way to try lots of different wines before you buy them or taste a really expensive wine you perhaps wouldn't buy. It's also a fun way to past an afternoon with friends. Nice nibbles too.

Set underground, in a cave like atmosphere, by candle light it's perfect for small group gatherings, with yummy bar nibbles to accompany the many wines you can help yourself too! Love this place.
