CHRISTMAS CAKES! I need to feed my Deluxe Christmas cakes for a month.
I will be taking advanced orders for my hand made Christmas cakes from now till Mid November.
... I have 4 choices of cake
1. Mixed fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Covered in marzipan and either soft or royal icing.
2. Vegan fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries and dried apple in a uniquely spiced vegan cake mix. Covered in Renshaw marzipan and soft icing. This cake is also suitable for anyone with dairy and egg allergies.
3. Deluxe fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries, dried cranberries, dried apricot, flaked almonds and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Fed with brandy and then covered in marzipan and either soft or royal icing.
4. Deluxe Vegan fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries, dried cranberries, dried apricot, flaked almonds and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Fed with brandy and then covered in Renshaw marzipan and soft icing. This cake is also suitable for anyone with dairy and egg allergies.

We have had a quiet week this week so after deep cleaning the kitchen, I have been trailing our miniature Christmas cake recipes.
Option 1 : mini cake with mixed fruit and peel, glace cherries and dried apples with spices( enough for 2 good size slices) £4 each
... Option 2: mini cake with mixed fruit and peel, glace cherries, sliced almonds, cranberries spices and brandy(enough for 2 good sized slices) £5 each
Both with marzipan and either soft or royal icing topped with christmas decoration.
