Coronation Hall - Ulverston Description
The Coronation Hall is one of the principal buildings in Ulverston and has the largest capacity of any hall in the south Cumbria area. The main hall seats up to 636 people, making this is a great venue for theatre productions, weddings & exhibitions. 2 smaller rooms are available - the supper room which seats up to 100 and the ante room which holds a maximum of 30.

what a good night al murry bring more big names to ulverstone stop local people travelling to Manchester !!
Yet another brilliant and hilarious evening at Planet Mirth last night, always well organised, keep up the great work.
With the use of Westminster abbey for coronations and the long life of the queen I was surprised to see this place open. Hard to see the next royal choose ulverston over London to get crowned. Beer festival is excellent however the lack of coronation chicken sandwiches considering the location just seemed odd. Lovely place ulverston Cumbria has a hidden gem. So stay away you will only ruin it for us who like it. Yes you.
What an amazing night we all had watching the incredible Snake Davis & The Suspicions and the awesome Jess Gilham!!
Was very fortunate to have seen the late great Junior Walker in his heyday and must admit Snake is up there with him - top performance!!
What a brilliant venue as well!!

We have just been part of the Coronation Halls Wedding Fair. First and foremost, what a fantastic venue to hold any event . I must also say a big thank you to the staff . They could not have been more helpful and worked so hard to make sure all suppliers were catered for . The event itself was well ran and we felt the bookings that came through were quality. Thank you Emma and the team for letting us be part of such a great day. Lizzie - on behalf of the team at Lavish Hair and Nail Salon, Ulverston.
Visited the beer festival last night .
Great night
Thank you for such a wonderful wedding. The venue was superb and all the staff were so helpful in trying to make our day perfect - which it was! The bar was fantastic too - everyone commented on what an excellent selection they had and it was nice that they handed out flutes of bubbly to everyone on arrival. I really would recommend the Coronation Hall as a wedding venue and it makes a beautiful background for all your pictures :-).
Really nice place very well run and a fantastic show really enjoyed by myself and my wife
One of the most important assets in a growing list of great places to see, visit or enjoy in Ulverston.
Had a brilliant time at the beer festival chatting to strangers in a beautiful building trying different beers.
Great trip to Coro to see panto already planning to book for next year.
Great place to work! Lots of lovely friendly people work here and even more calling in every day!

Excellent evening at the New Year Charity Ball, wonderful band and good friends made this a memorable evening
Don't need to give a reason, done more for me than words can say and experiencing is the the best way to appreciate it

Nice buffet. Particularly good egg butties.
A fab local theatre with loads of history and so versatile
