The staff know nothing about hygiene , never seen one wash their hands despite touching their faces, having a cigarette, touching their hair , rubbing their nose etc, then unbelievably handling food.!!!
Food not stored properly and if even slightly busy it's often not cooked properly, and one day someone is going to end up hospitalised.
The owner manager extremely rude couldn't care less about complaints, if you complain directly to her she'll ban you from coming back .
So to summarize.... hygiene zero cleanliness of working areas - 1000. safety of eating hot food -10000, politeness to customers -500 cleanliness of internal eating areas -1000. tables rarely wiped and even when they are, it's with a dirty cloth.
Unless you have a cast-iron stomach, or don't mind having salmonella or food poisoning, plus you don't care about being spoken to like a cross between an enemy, an idiot or an unwanted nuisance, if that isn't you then avoid like the plague , this place is a disaster waiting to happen eating here is like playing Russian Roulette with a loaded gun in fact that's probably safer thing to do.better still order from Up the Road they are a million times more polite, safe, hygienic, dilligent, food prepared fresh not from frozen, staff polite and helpful. The sooner this cosmos closes or changes hands the better and safer for any hungry person.

Totally useless

Ordered a chicken kebab.

Was told 45 minute wait on a Tuesday night.

Phoned 3 times to find out where the food was.. To get told it's out with the driver.

Turned up 1 hour 40 minutes later.. Stone cold.

Bad communication, bad food.

Will not use again.

I don't know if they have new owners. But my husband came home with kebab one time salad was missing this time like last time he ordered large kebab, it was small again. We have been going there along time but no more.

Wouldn't even give it one star.

Had a bad experience with this "restaurant" a few times. I only order because it's the only place open early hours. I don't ever expect much however tonight they have out done themselves.

When ever I order I can guarantee it takes 10 minutes minimum to order because they have us on hold for 5 minutes where I can Hear their conversations. And once again for the 3rd time in a row, they forgot half of our order. It's not hard to put four items of food in a bag.

And again GURANTEED!!!! Your food never EVER comes in the time they say it will.

Called to tell him the food was missing. No apology, told me they will send it. Waited, took too long so tried to call to cancel it. Ignored our many phone calls. Tried calling on another phone, picked up straight away. So obviously ignored us. Told them we no longer wanted the missing food as it took too long. No apology, no mention of a refund. And then hung up.

I always try to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt but this was he last time I will ever order from them. They are a disgrace.

Foods is below par but what you would expect from This sort of 'restaurant'. I have never ever felt the need to leave a bad review. This is my 2nd bad review ever made and both reviews were for this 'restaurant'. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I wouldn't even give it one star.
This place USED to offer a good service,even down to their delivery..but in the last couple of years it has rapidly gone down hill.
The service,the food,the waiting times,the way the food is just left on the counter.
I've seen customers become frustrated in the shop due to the lack of any service or communications with the waiting,paying customers.
I personally have been patient but I can now understand why all the previous visitors who have complained,have done so.
Cosmos seem to forget,the paying customer is paying for a service and without the guests buying their food,the business would be non-existent.
Manners,communication and customer service training are lacking.
A well run food outlet would rectify these issues,instead of flippantly telling people "oh well don't come back" it's not a professional way to run a business,perhaps it is the excuses of staff who should leave the vicinity,and give genuine workers who have a degree of decorum,a job. The resultants reputation would not be on a rapid decline as it is currently.

If there was an option to put no stars then that would have been my first choice. First off the portions were ok but what is the point when you get lots of dry,over fried pieces and amongst that thick pieces of chicken skin with hair in it?

As someone mentioned earlier, they didn't receive their full order and that is exactly what happened to me as well, whether this is delibrate or not only they would know but if it is, imagine this a portion of regular fries is £2.00 and if they do this to 10 customers or even 20 customers in a day that's like £20 - £40 savings!

Everyone works hard for a living and fleecing people off from their hard earned money, and not giving them their full order will get you no where.

I rest my case.

Ordered from here lastnight was terrible

1. Wanted to pay by card but couldn't because they wasn't sure how to use a card machine
2. Food took ages for a delivery over 1 hour, & when the food did arrive it was cold
3. The pizza wasn't cooked properly could still taste the dough

Never ordering from here again!

Verry friendly staff but the quality and flavor of the food is not good at all.

Food was late and they missed one of my orders out and when I went to tell the man he ran away from me, obviously not wanting to help, plus food was cold, tatsless and undercooked. Apart from that, all was good.

Because I do not have credit on my phone I cannot phone my order through and I can't do it online as it won't let me I'm a regular customer daytime as well..... But the food and service are fantasic
