Thought i'd pop upstairs above the bookshop as i prefer the quiter coffee shop over the busier costas under the town hall. My excellent coffee and good book experience was spoiled by the staff's hour long shouty conversation behind the counter (and i was sat behind the wall to the counter!!!)
Given that they were stood no more than a few yards from each other, i'm sure they could've toned it down for the paying customers.
