Costa Coffee

Under staffed so tables left dirty, with cups and plates not being cleared for 45 minutes plus. Queues and waiting times unacceptably long. Difficult for people in wheelchairs or with prams to access. Would like to say staff are very pleasant and helpful despite being under continual stress. Costa employ more staff!!

They never have any decent cold drinks. Their pastries are definitely not freshly made although the staff claim them to be. In all honesty this shop is not up to usual Costa standards. There are much better places to get a coffee in heswall and with multiple coffee shop on most streets it's not difficult to find one!

Massive improvement from pre makeover. Beforehand, it was dirtyped, dangerous and unhygienic but now it is very nice. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

A nice Costa in the heart of Heswall, it serves all the usual espresso based coffee beverages like Americano, Latte, Cappuccino. It offers a good range chilled beverages as well as cakes and toasted sandwiches.
