Crowded and persistently busy, but makes a nice cappuccino

Bit cramped even by coffee chain standards, small seating area with a lot of chairs crammed in. Good standard of service though and drinks as good as ever.

Major underestimation of popularity was made here. The serving area is cramped like a hobbit hole and the seating is limited by the mall itself. But food and service usual good standard.

Green tea was brilliant, customer service was tolerable

Staff are very friendly. Nice spot to watch the world walk by. Ordered a coffee, caramel & fudge drink and a sandwich and they brought it over to our table promptly
