Cosy Meerkat is a Collective of internal comms experts set up to offer a new approach delivering simple communications for a great employee experience. Our purpose is to help companies find a new way of working. A world of work where all employees can go to work with a spring in their step, having a sense of pride in what they do and ensuring they know how they are impacting the bigger picture of the company they work in. We want to solve internal communications challenges in new and innovative ways, shaking up the traditional nine to five and thinking about how we can achieve the best work for our clients, ensuring they have a productive, engaged and happy workforce. We solve internal communications challenges by selecting a bespoke team from our collective of experts. We develop a team that can be responsive to the challenge in hand. In that way, we can offer added creativity, advanced techie solutions and an alternative approach to communications challenges. Working with people who are up for change and challenge is important to us so if we feel the chemistry isn't right, we'll say so.
