If you're aged between 16 and 25 the good people at Gloucestershire's Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) http://socsi.in/DQNU8 want your views on how to make our beautiful home a 'magnet county' for young people. You can fill in their short survey here http://socsi.in/KDSu5 and then maybe share it with others.

Cotswold Council Leader Joe Harris has given his support to a new recycling scheme being trialled at 3 #Tesco supermarkets in Gloucestershire. The scheme takes traditionally hard to recycle plastics like crisp packets and turns them into a plastic which can be used again.

We've been alerted to a potential scam where a caller claiming to be from the local council asks what refuse bags a resident uses. Please don't give out your bank details, they're NOT calling you on behalf of the council http://socsi.in/GaqM0

We have been alerted to a potential scam where a caller claiming to be from the local council asks what refuse bags a resident uses. The caller then recommends using biodegradable sacks which they could issue but they need the resident’s bank details. It is possible the caller may have an eastern European accent.
This call has NOT come from Cotswold District Council or its environmental services partner Ubico Ltd.
If you receive a call like this do not give out your bank details, simply hang up and report the call to either your local police or Action Fraud at http://socsi.in/IeMyN or by calling 0300 123 2040
