A most pleasurable experience from start to finished, commisioned, fully running system !! The technicians were superb ambassadors for Cotswold Energy. They were very friendly, polite & efficient, clearing any mess made as they worked & after each days work.
They went out of their way to remove every single piece of old plumbing pipe, water storage tank etc & have made a superb job of plumbing in any new pipe work needed & correcting a couple of old plumbing niggles !!!
Big "Thank you" to Josh, Sam, Jack & the run around lad who`s name i embarrassingly can`t remember. What a lovely bunch of lads they are !!
I would thouroughly recommend Cotswold Energy to anyone wishing to upgrade their heating system to a new, renewable sytem instead.

We have just had our electric boilers replaced by Cotswold Energy with Air Source Heating. The project went really well, from our initial contact with Zoe and Robin last summer up to Simon the Project Managers input over the past few days.
Sam and Josh were absolutely brilliant they arrived on time and worked so hard to get us up and running as quick as possible.
They treated us and our home with respect and were courteous at all times. They were happy to explain their procedures and answered our questions as they went along.
At the end of the day their cleaned up and hoovered, leaving the house neat and tidy.
Support was given for all the necessary documentation to be completed, which was really helpful.
Cotswold Energy were one of three companies that we contacted for quotes. We definitely made the right decision and I would recommend their service as second to none.

Fantastic team, very pleased with the service and everyone there. The Ground source heat pump System is up and running for a year now and working great!

I asked Cotswold Energy Group to quote for an Air Source Heat Pump system to replace the 30-year old gas boiler in this large, 200 to 300 year old Grade ll listed stone house. Tom and Robin came and took a thorough look. They went into every room checking all dimensions including the windows and radiators. They checked with me that we did not want a ground source system. They sent me a detailed, well structured, proposal for an air source heat pump system backed up by a gas boiler at times of peak heat need. This would substantially reduce our carbon footprint. We studied it carefully and felt our first impression of CEG as a serious and thorough supplier had been correct. We are not going ahead with the system because of the cost at a time when we have other significant work to do on the house but I hope to go back to them in a few years time and if, before then, we decide to replace the old boiler with a modern more efficient one we will definitely ask Cotswold Energy Group to quote for that.
