Really disappointed with the service. Went to buy a backpack for my son who is travelling later this year. Started to look at backpacks no staff asked us if we wanted assistance. My son found something he liked and started looking at it. Eventually I had to call someone over who was pleasant enough but did not know anything about the product and had to look it up on the internet! After a while he said he would get someone else who knew more. After a few minutes a young lad asked us if we were all right, we said we were okay. The original lad then came back to us and asked if we had been helped and we said no. Apparently the grunting lad had been sent up to help us although it would have been nice if he had said. I am shocked that a shop selling expensive quality products would have more informative staff and a bit more customer service. As a result we walked out and probably buy the same product on the internet. It's a shame as I was quite willing to spend up to £200 on a suitable backpack.

This is a great place for buying up to date clothing footwear for any type of terrain including vertical as I always get climbing gear from hear because they have a wider range than most outdoor stores so if you want to go anywhere in the world and be prepared there will have the shoes boots clothing equipment or just the book this is my first stop : )

Very good choice of outdoor clothing, footwear and accessories, truly caters for the serious and casual outdoor person. No high pressure salesmen or women here!

Really helpful staff. I asked a lot of questions about something that I ultimately decided not to buy. They were very patient and knew their products.

This is a great store with such a wide variety of brands for outdoor living camping and even running. The staff seemed incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice.

Went in to buy a set of climbing shoes and was very happy with the service I received. The sales assistant was more than happy to spend the time with me to go through all the possible options and offered good honest advice. Only reason this isn't a five star is because their is no parking.
