Wow! Tracy created the most amazing dessert table for our wedding! It was truly incredible and the cake was so yummy it was all gone by the end of the night! Can't thank Tracy enough for making our cake - just perfect!! XxX

Thank you so much, everyone at our wedding raved about the cake, how it looked and more importantly how it tasted ��� - so many people said it was the freshest softest most beautiful cake they had ever tried. My husband and I were very proud to say that that was our cake on our wedding day once the pictures were posted online!



Tracey was extremely helpful and welcomed us in to her home for cake tasting and we knew the minute we walked in were booking the right person for our special day! She is extremely talented and loves something “different”. Our cake was black and white and it was stunning! My only wish was that I actually got off the dance floor before it was all gone � I’ll be messaging soon to book another cake for my 30th in the exact same flavour! Thank you so much!

It's been a wonderful week on my Masterclass course with Tracy James, had a fantastic time with this lovely lady. Thank you Tracy for all your teaching skills. Your husband Rob makes the most amazing sponge cakes so thank him too for all his hard work this week. I took Tracy's masterclass and iT was top. She is a super teacher with wonderfull skills and I found Tracy to be such a nice person. We had the nicest time and l learned more than I expected. Thank you so much, Tracy

I recently bought the tutorial for how to make roses and it is by far the best tutorial I have used! The instructions are clear, logical and even my first attempt came out well enough to use on my brother's wedding cake, all because the explanations are that good. Thank you so much. Your work is truly stunning :-) x

I love Tracy's tutorials. She's thorough and explains every step in detail. I'm a visual learner and I love how she takes you step by step from beginning to very end (how to place flowers on cakes). I'm waiting anxiously for upcoming tutorials. Make one for an entire cake. �

I just wanted to thank you for your services on Friday. Our day was truly magical and you helped make it everything we wanted and more, not only was we impressed with everything you did, our guests where amazed and had wonderful days!

I have just spent 2 days with Tracey learning some of her flowers at the Cake DIY school in Bedford. I thoroughly enjoyed learning with Tracey, she is patient and so talented. If you are looking to further your skills, whatever your level, I can 100% recommend a Cotten and Crumbs course. Xx

I have just completed a 3 day course with Tracy at Cotton and Crumbs and I had a wonderful time learning how to make various sugar flowers, which Tracy is renowned for. I also learnt how to correctly split, fill, ganache and stack my cakes. Tracy is a patient, friendly and very knowledgeable lady. I would certainly recommend taking one of her classes, you won't be disappointed!

Have just purchased and watched your Closed Peonies and Sequins tutorial and wanted to say thank you! It's absolutely brilliant, filled with lots of tips, advice and there's even an added bonus of you showing your lustre technique. Really loved it and what a stunning cake at the end?! Thanks again X

For an absolute beginner like me the tutorials are outstanding. It's like Tracy is in the room with you, clear instruction and helpful hints to set you on your way. For me it's a hobby that I am passionate about. Just an amazing talented lady. Hopefully one day soon can attend a class or two :) My advice is start with Tracy's tutorials you won't be disapointed!

Her caring nature, patience and brilliant tutoring enabled me to learn so much from this wonderful lady. As a perfectionist she went above and beyond to ensure I learnt sugar craft and ganache and sharp edges to her very high standard. I can't wait to return. Would highly recommend anyone wanting top notch teaching to go to Tracy you won't be disappointed.

Attending a course with Cotton and Crumbs is like stepping into a cake decorators dream!! Not only have I come away with an abundance of new skills I also got to taste some of Tracy's baked goodies...worth going back for the macarons alone!! The content of the course was plentyful, accompanied by detailed notes and taught in a relaxed and beautiful studio. I've come away feeling completely refreshed and armed with a truck load of new skills...and a box of stunning sugar flowers!!...and I did I mention Tracy is absolutely lovely and so down to earth.

So would recommend, hell yes...but get in line!!
