Cottonsafe Natural Mattress

Our mission is to create a safer, more healthy home by providing bed mattresses and sofa beds without any fire retardant chemicals or toxic chemicals.

Why are we different? There is a huge amount of recent research into the negative effects of fire retardant chemicals on human health and the environment. Our crusade is to get rid of all fire retardants chemicals in bed mattresses and sofa beds – both inside the mattress and on the outer cover.

We do this naturally – working with nature – to produce our own unique and trademarked Cottonsafe® fabric, using an organic cotton and wool blend. We don’t use any foams in our bed mattresses due to the emissions and fire retardant chemicals used in them.
