What a little hidden gem of a place. Food excellent. Service excellent. And so well priced. The perfect place to meet your friends for lunch, or grab a coffee and a comfy chair for quiet downtime. Love this place.

Went for the first time today and the hot chocolate was amazing! The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are so friendly!

We had an amazing evening celebrating our 30th birthdays and surprise wedding reception on 24th February with Couch. Sophie was great in helping us plan everything perfectly, the bar staff on the evening were fab, and the buffet and cakes and brownies provided by Couch were just delicious! Loads of our guests said it was the best buffet they’d had at a party. Thank you so much for helping make our day just perfect.

Simply AMAZING! Venue, staff, foods and drink 5 star. Sophie and her team were fabulous helping me arrange a surprise 40th for my husband and putting up with a million emails!!! Would definitely use again. 😀

Recently visited here and as we were in a rush I ordered before I arrived, the staff were lovely, the food was wonderful and the place is just really lovely I’d like to have a drink next time 9am seemed early!!

Loved our first visit to the quirky couch today! Breakfast menu looked simple at first but when it arrived we loved the presentation and the special beans! Catered well for our toddler, very friendly staff I'm sure we'll be back !

I'm actually very new to this facebook thing but as soon as registered on it, Couch was one of the first places I "liked". After pondering and stumbling through the site I was absolutely dismayed to see a couple of negative reviews.

I myself as a regular "punter" have had nothing but fantastic service and always thought the food was rather very good. Now I'm not saying that the negative reviews are not true but after reading them they compelled me to write my own review.

I personally highly recommend you give this place a chance, I've not been to the one on Ecclesall Rd yet, but I simply cannot wait to go and see what they have done with the place.

I held my 30th birthday party here and everyone commented on what a lovely venue it is. Had an amazing night, the staff were all great and the food got lots of compliments- they even catered for gluten free guests last minute. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting the perfect place for a private function

Had a lovely glutenfree lunch again today. They have quite a few options for coeliacs or others needing to avoid gluten. Apart from offering glutenfree bread substitutions they're willing to adjust menu items where possible to suit which is great.

Absolutely amazing, we had our wedding reception here and Sophie and the staff at Couch were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us, the food was out of this world, everyone who came to the wedding loved the venue and the food, would definitely recommend! X

A massive Thankyou to all at Couch Campo Lane for hosting my 30th Birthday Party last night...a good night was had by all. Everybody commented on how nice the room was and especially the buffet,it went down a storm. Many thanks to all the staff...I would absolutely recommend people to hold a function here and I know a few people who are considering booking their own function after attending last night. Nothing was too much trouble right from organisation with Sophie to holding the event. Thankyou so much I had a great night!

Super lovely place with lovely food! Shame the salad was smothered in vinegarette, little too much for my liking. Definitely will be visiting again!

I was there for a private party. Superb space, fantastic buffet and great service. Beer was Black Sheep and very quaffable. A v good evening.

Would not go again, went here for a friends engagement party, way over priced on drinks, had three rounds of the same drinks and the price was different each time. Was told by other friends that this was also happening to them. The bar staff didn't look to impressed when questioned about it. The venue is nice but their one and only remaining speaker had blown by 10.20 so the atmosphere changed to feel like it was the end of the night. Apparently their other two speakers had broke the previous week, so if knowing they had a party booked why not replace them? The buffet food was nice but on hearing how much had been charged for the buffet, it again was way overpriced. The service could have been a lot better especially for the prices they are charging. It's the first time we'd been here but had been told by friends who had visited before that it was nothing but just ok. All in all I just felt very sorry for our friends who'd booked the venue. Sorry couch but I won't be recommending people to visit in the future.

Normally visit the one on eccelsall road (which is always fab) however I was very disappointed with my visit to campo lane! I ordered two chicken and chorizo flatbread.... first the filling inside of the flatbread was cold and there was hardly any filling inside at all. Also I wouldn't say that it was served in a folded flatbread either! It was more like being served on a stale wrap! One came with rosemary fries which did not taste of rosemary at all and the other came with salt and pepper wedges which were very greasy and had hardly any flavour. I don't think I will be returning to campo lane in a hurry!

Lovely nice quiet place. Arrived at 11 ish. Loved that we could have water without having to ask!

Food - really not good at all. Ordered veggie breakfast and a tuna sandwich on focaccia bread.

The breakfast had awful tasting hash brown which tastes of licquorice and the tomatoes were 'funny' tasting too.

The salad that came with the sandwich and the bread was covered in olive oil. No one came to ask us if our food was ok - it wasn't! No one came to collect our plates with half eaten food. We walked to the counter with the plates of half eaten food and complained to be told 'I will tell the chef'. Then, to add insult, we were offered a free coffee! Yeah- that makes up for the awful food.

Will not be returning.

Always makes me suspicious when you have to pay for your food before you get it in a place..... should've known better!

First and last visit Couch!

Booked in for half five on a sunday only to find no sunday lunches on offer and nothing else substantial on offer either so ended up with a ploughmans lunch which must have been the smaller ever , I've had bigger starters , was going to have a peice of cake for afters to make up but when i tried to order one they'd all been taken off sale definitely won't be going here again :(
