My experience not only as a qualified Integrative Counsellor but also in my past working industry includes working with identity, lack of confidence, loneliness, anxiety, relationship problems, separation and loss. I also have extensive training on working with survivors of sexual abuse. I have continued to focus on heath and well being and spent some years as a fitness instructor as I found exercise a great tool for self empowerment. I am an international business coach and mentor for people who want to build a successful lifestyle in many aspects including wealth and health. I like to focus on the mindset of success and abundance with a passion in healing and facilitating effective change in my life and others I have found that my training as a Reiki Master has given me even more holistic depth especially when it comes to working in reflective practice . I use my experiences and knowledge to inspire and facilitate growth with self fulfilment . . . holding an interest with connecting and creating. . This is my belief on the ability to hone in on what is causing dis- ease in order to release those personal blocks . . my teaching and learning has been for a long time now on the ability to let go. Peace arrives when we are able to become bigger then our limitations . Many years can be spent soul searching for what that bigger picture might feel like . Allowing ones self to be still with all those difficult feelings that may be holding you back can allow for the real evolving to take place. I focus on health and well being as a way to enhance a good quality of life. . My belief is that healing can take place on many levels , psychological, physical , mental and emotional and they are all interlinked. My goal is to facilitate you the individual in your required form of transitioning . . . That is focusing on your issues in the way best suited to your needs and potential . I see it as healing for your "highest good" Tackling ones blocks comes in many layers and can be an intricate but most beautiful process as It can occur in many ways.
