I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP. I have worked in a variety of roles within primary and secondary schools, the healthcare sector and independently as part of my own private practice.
Through my experience of working with a cross sector of people, I strongly believe that the most important part of my therapeutic approach, is certainly underpinned by the strength of the relationship between the person that I work with and myself.

I am able to offer a confidential counselling service to all age groups young and old within the boundaries of the BACP.
I am a registered member of the BACP, which is the largest professional body of counsellors and psychotherapists.
My fees are highly competitive with other counselling providers.
I have an awareness of different therapeutic approaches such as person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and play therapy as well as many others. Thereby, offering a more integrative style of support to each person dependant on their individual needs.
